下町兄弟 プロフィール
下町兄弟は1991年にAlfa Recordsに所属していたラッパーのMotomyと、同じくAlfa Recordsで活動していたトラックメイカーのHit’Cの二人が意気投合してHipHop/Rapユニットの下町兄弟を結成し、インディーズレーベル【シバウラレコード】を立ち上げ、活動を開始した。1992年に1stアルバム【RAPP!!】を発表し、暫くは別々の道を歩んでいたが2021年、結成から三十周年を記念して久々の新曲”Lifetime”を発表した。

Shitamachi Brothers got their start back in ’91 when rapper Motomy and beatmaker Hit’C, both reppin’ Alfa Records, clicked and decided to form this dope HipHop/Rap duo. They launched their indie label, Shibaura Records, and kicked off their journey. Dropped their first album, RAPP!!, in ’92. They went their separate ways for a minute, but in 2021, to celebrate their 30th anniversary, they came back with a fresh new track called “Lifetime.”
