Our company has taken over a long-established sake brewery founded in 1665 in Chikuhoku Village, Nagano Prefecture. We are committed to properly evolving the culture developed by Japanese sake and are focused on creating new values in sake brewing. Additionally,
ILAKA SAKE ATELIER has relocated to Matsukawa Village, Azumino District, an area blessed with some of the world’s finest and most abundant water sources, and is currently in the process of constructing a new brewery. Please look forward to the arrival of our sake, which aims to bring smiles to people around the world.
